Ingredients:

  • 1 pasture-raised turkey breast (bone-in or boneless)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
  • Zest of one lemon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven:
