(Rich, silky, quick ā perfect for breakfast or brunch!)
Ingredients:

3 duck eggs

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp heavy cream or milk (optional, for extra silkiness)

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh herbs: chives, parsley, or dill (chopped)

Optional: sprinkle of shredded cheese
Instructions:

Crack duck eggs into a bowl and whisk gently until just combined.

Add cream (optional), salt, and pepper.

Heat butter in a skillet over medium-low heat.

Pour in eggs and gently stir with a spatula, pushing the eggs slowly from the edges to the center.
