🥩 Garlic-Herb Marinated Shoulder Steaks (Grill or Pan-Seared)
Ingredients:

2 Heritage Red Wattle pork shoulder steaks (about 1" thick)

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme (or 1 tbsp dried)

2 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
-
1 tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
Optional: ½ tsp red pepper flakes for a kick
Instructions:

Make the Marinade:
In a small bowl, mix garlic, herbs, olive oil, vinegar/lemon juice, salt, and pepper. -
Marinate the Pork:
Rub the mixture all over the shoulder steaks. Place in a zip-top bag or dish, cover, and refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight is even better). -
Cook (Grill or Pan):

Grill: Preheat to medium-high. Grill steaks 5–6 minutes per side or until internal temp reaches 145°F.

Pan-Sear: Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high with a little oil. Sear steaks 5–6 minutes per side, then let rest 5 minutes.

Serve:
Slice against the grain and serve with roasted potatoes, a garden salad, or grilled veggies.
