🄚 Garlic Butter Fried Quail Eggs (Easy & Addictive)

A perfect snack, breakfast topper, or side for rice, toast, or salads.

Ingredients (serves 2–3)

  • 10–12 quail eggs

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1–2 garlic cloves, minced

  • Salt & pepper

  • Optional: chopped parsley, chili flakes, or a squeeze of lemon

Instructions

  1. Crack the quail eggs

    • Tap gently with a knife and open into a small bowl.

  2. Heat the pan

    • Add butter + olive oil over medium heat.

    • When melted, add garlic and cook 20–30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. Add the eggs

    • Pour in the quail eggs gently.

    • Cook 1–2 minutes until whites set but yolks stay soft.

  4. Season + finish

    • Sprinkle salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes.

    • Add parsley or lemon if you want brightness.

  5. Serve

    • Great on toast, rice bowls, noodles, or as a snack.
